Nesting Boxes Sizes
Chickens are highly social creatures and they love to nestle down together in a clean dry nesting box.
But they still need enough space so it’s important that nesting boxes are large enough for the number of chickens in your coop.
RSPCA guidelines indicate a nesting box should measure around 300 mm square to house four or five hens.
